Flat-rate grease trap cleaning, no surprises
Restaurants, commercial kitchens, and multi-tenant properties in Jacksonville run on grease traps that actually work. A backed-up line during the lunch rush or a failed JEA inspection costs a lot more than the cleaning would have. We keep it simple: one flat price, a licensed crew, and documentation you can hand to an inspector.

Why hydro jetting, not just snaking
Snaking punches a hole through grease buildup. Jetting washes the entire line clean. For a commercial kitchen line that sees grease every service, jetting is what actually keeps the backups from coming back, and it’s what an inspector wants to see documented.
Who this is for
This is right for you if you:
- Run a restaurant, food truck, or commercial kitchen
- Manage a multi-tenant property with shared drain lines
- Have recurring drain issues that snaking doesn’t fix
- Want documentation ready for your next JEA inspection
Jacksonville’s FOG rules, in short
JEA requires food service establishments to keep grease interceptors cleaned before the FOG layer reaches 25% of liquid depth, or at least every 90 days, using a licensed hauler with a manifest for your records. Skipping it risks fines starting around $350 for a first dumping violation and climbing from there, on top of the shutdown itself.
Most of our restaurant clients are on a maintenance plan
A one-time cleaning solves today’s problem. A scheduled plan is what keeps a kitchen from having one. If you’d rather not think about it, our commercial maintenance plan covers grease trap service on a set schedule, with priority response and no surprise pricing.
Grease trap questions
What does the $925 cover?
A complete pump-out and cleaning of a standard grease trap up to 900 gallons, a grease line inspection, condition documentation, and disposal through our licensed hauler.
What if my grease trap is larger than 900 gallons?
We’ll give you a custom quote. Larger interceptors, difficult access, or heavy buildup change the job, and we’ll tell you the number before we start.
Do you provide documentation for health inspections?
Yes. You get a service record with the date, condition notes, and disposal manifest from our licensed hauler, the paperwork JEA looks for during an inspection.
Can you schedule outside business hours?
Yes, we work around your kitchen: early mornings, late nights, or between shifts. After-hours scheduling may carry an additional charge, which we’ll confirm up front.
How often should we clean our grease trap?
JEA requires cleaning before the FOG layer reaches 25% of the trap’s liquid depth, or at least every 90 days. Most of our restaurant clients land on a monthly or quarterly schedule depending on volume.
