We partner with organizations like Builders Care and the Northeast Florida Builders Association to use our skills for something bigger than business. Dorothy’s Story

In May, we were featured on Positively JAX for a project that reminded us why we love what we do. Dorothy, or “Dot” as her friends call her, had been living without running water for more than two years. She could not shower at home, wash dishes in her sink, or handle daily routines most of us never think twice about.

When we learned about her situation, we teamed up with Builders Care and other local partners to bring water back to her home and make sure her plumbing was safe. The moment that water started flowing again was unforgettable. Dot’s smile and relief were proof that plumbing is not just about pipes. It is about restoring comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
