If water is actively flooding, yes. Find your main shutoff, usually at the meter box near the street or where the line enters the house, and turn it clockwise. Can’t find it? Call us and we’ll walk you through it on the phone.
Do I need to know what’s wrong before I call?

Is a leaking water heater an emergency?
