Water’s coming in where it shouldn’t. A pipe let go, the toilet’s overflowing, the water heater quit, or there’s sewage backing up into the house. Whatever it is, don’t sit there watching it get worse. Call us at (904) 643-3946.
Here’s the honest version, because we don’t do hype. Our plumbers have families and they sleep sometimes, so we’re not going to promise a truck in your driveway in ten minutes flat at 3 AM. What we will promise is this: you call, you get a real person, and we’ll be straight with you about what to do right now and when we can get there. No runaround. No “we’ll see.” A real answer.
Emergency? Don’t wait

What Counts as a Plumbing Emergency
Not sure if it can wait? Call anyway and we’ll help you figure it out. But these usually can’t:
Burst or Leaking Pipe
Water actively coming into your home or business. Shut off the main if you can, then call.
No Water at All
Nothing coming out of the taps. Could be a main line problem. Don’t guess, call.
Sewage Backing Up
Drains backing up into tubs, showers, or floors. It’s a health hazard. We’ll get on it.
No Hot Water
Water heater quit before guests, tenants, or a morning shift. We restore hot water fast, often same day.
Major Drain Backup
Every drain gurgling or backing up at once usually means the main line. Stop running water and call.
Gas Smell Near Plumbing
Smell gas around a water heater or line? Get everyone out, call your gas company, then call us.
Running a Business? Every Hour Counts
A restaurant can’t serve without water. An office can’t open with a flooded restroom. A property manager can’t leave tenants high and dry. We get it. A commercial plumbing emergency doesn’t just cost a repair. It costs revenue, customers, and sometimes a health-code headache.
That’s why we prioritize them. We handle emergency calls for restaurants, offices, retail, and property management across Jacksonville and Duval County. Same flat-rate honesty, same crew, and we’ll work around your hours so you’re not shut down a minute longer than you have to be.

What to Do Right Now
01
Shut Off the Water
Find your main shutoff, usually where the water line enters the building or at the meter, and turn it off. For one fixture, use the valve behind or under it. This stops the damage while help is on the way.
02
Call Us
Dial (904) 643-3946. Tell us what’s happening and where. We’ll triage it on the phone and tell you exactly what to do until we get there.
03
We Prioritize It
Emergencies jump the line. We answer 24/7. After-hours may cost more. You get a real time, a price before we start, and the same quality work we’d do at noon on a Tuesday.
Why People Call Us First
- Price before we start. After-hours may cost more. You still get a flat-rate price before work begins — no surprise invoice at the end.
- A real person, a real answer. No call center reading a script. You get someone who knows plumbing and will be straight with you.
- Licensed and local. The owner lives here. License CFC1426820. We’re not a franchise dialing it in from another state.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge extra after hours?
We answer 24/7. Office hours are Mon–Fri 8AM–8PM. After-hours may cost more. Not a fake 3am truck — you get a real person and a straight answer about when we can be there. You still get the price before work starts.
Should I shut off my water before you arrive?
If water is actively flooding, yes. Find your main shutoff, usually at the meter box near the street or where the line enters the house, and turn it clockwise. Can’t find it? Call us and we’ll walk you through it on the phone.
Do I need to know what’s wrong before I call?
No. Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll figure out the rest. Water where it shouldn’t be, no water at all, a sewage smell, gurgling drains: that’s plenty to go on.
Is a leaking water heater an emergency?
A small drip at a fitting can usually wait until morning. Water pooling around the tank cannot, because a tank that has started to fail can go quickly. Either way, call and we’ll tell you honestly whether it can wait.
How fast can you get here?
We’re local, not a franchise routing calls from out of state, so we can usually move fast. Call and we’ll give you a real ETA based on where you are and what’s going on, not a guess to win the job.
